Gary has his Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (MSECE) and Teaching Credential from UC-Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics/Computer Sciences from California State Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. He is a Six-Sigma Specialist and has been employed as a Systems Engineer and Software Architect/Developer, and Test Engineer with a proven record as a hands-on troubleshooter and problem solver. Adept at functioning as a team leader and an individual contributor, his expertise spans automatic testing, communication, imaging, multi-process and multiprocessor solutions involving navigational gyros, space electronics, and hybrid multi-band imaging hardware. He is familiar with the control of instrumentation and environmental stimulus. He is also proficient in writing requirements, documentation, proposals, creation of trade studies, and architecting of automated testing systems. Gary has successfully completed projects for Santa Barbara Remote Sensing, Raytheon Vision Systems, Northrop Grumman, Litton Guidance and Controls, Illgen Simulation Technologies, General Research Corporation, and Burroughs Corporation.
