Ed brings great things to the effort. While roles and responsibilities are still being hammered out, Ed will be using his expertise from more than 12 years of experience in engineering designing, building, deploying and maintaining image characterization and acceptance test, STE/SCADA (Special Test, Supervisory Control), and manufacturing computer systems. Very strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and integration. Excellent communication and team environment skills. Proficient solutions architect and solid graphic designer.
Ed has:
• Designed, implemented and maintained 200+ test and production computer systems all with unique HW/SW configurations; specialized in high-speed data acquisition and command/control and HPC (High Performance Computing)

• Built and presented numerous camera demos, including wireless image streaming capability

We will commence numerically modeled servers shortly and continue our water/energy modeling. World View Holdings, World View Optical Arts, and World View Water push forward to incorporation in Q4 of 2014. We are pursuing funding through various channels, including personal or group investments by qualified participants who bring much more than just money to the table. The three groups collaborate to bring different contributions to bear on valuation with socially conscious means and ends. The computational effort provides needed modeling and simulation capabilities to the energy and water production efforts and the water and energy efforts provide a meaningful arena for the use of the computational capabilities. Both provide a diversification of assets for the other.

Prototyping status report

Worldview Optical Arts prototyping status report:

We now have nine running AMD chassis, four R7900 and five R7950s, controlled by two Gigabyte boards, one  with an Intel processor, a GA-Z77XD3H running Windows 8, and one with an AMD processor, a GA-990FXA-UD3 running xubuntu, and are working up a system photonic LAN (S-PLAN) architecture using the dual-cavity optical bus as a connector with minimal interior processing. Cuda developer needed; neural schematics

World View Optical Arts seeks technologists familiar with Cuda development, as well as high-speed I/O hardware suitable for use with USB 3.0 and associated optical transceivers.

The WVOA prototyping team is developing neural schematics for hardware implementation, as partially inspired by the works of Quoc Le, Jeff Hawkins, Andrew Ng, and Rick Bradford. Our approach currently uses blocks and connections describing basic functions analogous to those of the human brain, matching topologies to determine output signals within a simulated neural network. Learning functions are accommodated. Our efforts to create hardware solutions replicating these processes continue.
